GIGA CASTING
The automotive industry is experiencing a manufacturing revolution driven by sustainability and consumer behaviour. Giga Casting has been developed as a process for producing large, structural castings in single, net shapes; reducing part count. At Grainger and Worrall, we've developed a sand casting methodology to prototype these mega castings.
RAPID PROTOTYPING
Rapid prototyping is a technique to create a physical part from a CAD model using various methods such as sand casting and 3D printing. At G&W, we'll adapt our services to meet your requirements; whether rapid prototyping for a frozen design spec, to provide proof of concept or create a Make Like Production part.

MACHINING
Grainger & Worrall Machining offers an innovative approach to short lead time New Product Introduction (NPI), ensuring precision, quality, and lead time reduction in every project. Our 3,000m2 fully air-conditioned facility features world-leading 3-axis and 5-axis machines, dedicated metrology lab, and expert engineers and programmers to guarantee high standards and accuracy for each machining project.
