PRECISION MACHINING & FABRICATION

Metaltech Precision has over 60 CNC machines in its 50,000 sqft facility, enabling us to offer the full range of precision machining services, which includes turning, milling, drilling and inspection. Their welders are fully coded in MIG and TIG to the latest ISO/ASME standards. Capable of fabricating parts in plate sizes from 6mm to 100mm thick and with a total envelope size of up to 3m x 3m x 10m and a maximum weight of 25 tonnes.

GRAVITY DIE CASTING & SAND CASTING

Haworth Castings specialises in manufacturing fully-tested, machined and finished precision aluminium gravity die castings & aluminium sand castings for the defence, aviation, marine, medical, energy, automotive and safety-critical industries.

FORGING & PRESSURE DIE CASTING

Investacast provides a forging service to a plethora of industries. Typically achieving surface finishes of 1.6 microns or better for aluminium alloy parts and slightly less than 1.6 microns for brass alloy finishes. Investacast is a leading supplier of pressure die castings, providing design, prototyping, casting, machining and finishing services to customers throughout the world .Our centre of UK operations is a purpose-built manufacturing facility based in Ilfracombe, Devon.
